Laundry Basket Rides

 Sundays around our house are usually very slow moving. I do some cleaning, some laundry and most Sundays Little Miss and The Boy are in the PJ's all day. Especially on rainy days like today. How do we pass the time, inside? Well, we read books, I do chores around the house, get some writing done while the kids watch some TV (yes, that's right, TV), basically just hang out.

The simple things in life......and of course, Little Miss has a new obsession! She loves to be dragged around by Daddy in my laundry basket. She got a few rides today and after The Boy's nap, he was able to join in on the fun.
My husband ties a string on the basket, drags them around the big basement and for as long as he can do it, they laugh, giggle and ask for more. Isn't it great to be a kid and able to enjoy something as simple as a Laundry Basket Ride?
