It's Christmas Eve and Day 19 of My IsaJourney. Another beautiful morning without a headache. I've gone tons of energy to get me through the day. I dare say, these days, I've got more energy than my 5 year old and 3 year old. HOW DID THAT HAPPEN????????!!!!!!!!!
Today is always spent with my family. We celebrate with food, family and gifts for the kids. To those who are wondering "how will Staci handle eating for the holiday celebration" - EASY, I will eat in moderation, but I will enjoy everything being put out, FOR SURE.
It's easy to keep your life flexible with Isagenix. Got my shake in the morning, shake before we start celebrating and then I can eat with everyone else. Just switch the shake times and it still works beautifully.
I do wish I had time to purchase some pants that fit correctly........all my pants are falling down on me and I don't own any belts. Never liked belts. I'm going to have to search for something that will fit, so I'm not constantly pulling up my pants all night. As for shirts, I kind of can't really go much smaller, since I'm sporting my Double D's and those aren't going anywhere. Still there and looking larger thanks to the recent weight loss. HAHA. However, need to get a better bra, since the inches are being lost off my back.
And for all of these "problems" I am GRATEFUL beyond belief. I'm not complaining, just sharing what amazing changes are happening to my body.
