Many of you know I'm changing the way I live my life. HOWEVER, I can't give up everything I love, or it wouldn't be worth it. I'm big on going out to eat with friends and family, so I went out to find restaurants that offered a healthier menu.
While searching for restaurants one by one, I came across a fantastic site called HealthyDiningfinder.com. Since I have my Frugal Blog located over at November Sunflower, which gets a ton of hits and has a huge audience, I asked if the site would allow me to review it on that site, but also link up to it over here on this site for all my HEALTHY peeps out there!
So go check it out, the review is darn good and so is the website!
And please, share any restaurants you know of that are healthy! I know many use local farm products and lots of scratch cooking. I want to know about them, send business their way. If you know of any restaurants like this in your area, especially here on Long Island, tell me about them. I would love to start hitting them up and doing some restaurant reviews for those of us wanting a healthier way of eating, yet still enjoy great food at restaurants!
