Just into Day number 2 and I've shed a half a pound already. Gotta love it.
This time around, for the 30 Day, I'm a wee bit more hungry than last time. The reason: It's "that time of the month" and even though the pain, bloating and menstrual migraines have gone away, I'm now a bit hungrier when it comes around. Small price to pay for getting rid of the pain, bloating and migraines.
What I've been doing is adding more nuts into my day. I'll have almonds more often, instead of all the fruit. And the shakes are going to start getting pumped up with IsaPro, because I ordered that to help me get over a bit of a weight plateau, so I can get rid of these last 9.5 lbs.
So that was the second day: More nuts and having a great time!
To my health, to my wealth and to being a half a pound closer to my goal weight of 110 lbs.
