Health and Wealth 30-Day Part Two - Day 5: SUPER BOWL SUNDAY

Sick. I am sick!!! My husband gave me a nasty cough and cold. The reality is, I have been running my tail off in too many directions. I use to not have the energy to do anything, so I declined things all the time.
Being that I have tons of energy and the mental capacity to do things, I have been saying yes to EVERYTHING.

Now I have to find the balance and remember: Just because I can, doesn't mean I should.

So there's a bit of a break for the 30 day as I take a few days off from the "schedule", change it up to get the most out of my Cleanse and such. Then get back onto the train again, hoping tomorrow to do my scheduled cleanse day, but it may not happen if I'm hacking up my brains still.

UGH.
