Sundays are always kind of a slow day for our family. We get up late, we don't get going until well into the late morning! This Sunday was no different. The kids played, we slept in and then I got some work done and we FINALLY put our tree up.
When I first got up, I was in a hurry, so I just sucked back my Ionix Supreme and ignored the taste of it. Then followed it with a ton of water, so I could flush the taste out of my mouth. Took my AM pack of Essentials for Women, my natural accelerator and threw back a shake. Got my work done, headed back upstairs, decorated the tree and we were off to Nana and Grandpa's house.
At my Mom's house, we got my son a haircut, FINALLY. Then we went back home, played and Mom made a healthy dinner of chicken, roasted in the oven. Delicious. Perfect way to enjoy a meal right before a day of cleansing.
Then it was back home, where I finished the day with my shake and all my packets of goodies.
I didn't really feel like snacking much today......might be all the water I was drinking all day.
Good day before my CLEANSE tomorrow. Looking forward to it. Cannot wait to taste the Cleanse for Life. I'm hoping it tastes delicious. I'll be filling you in tomorrow!
PS-Feeling great, not exhausted at all. Not the norm for me on Sundays, so I know my goodies are working!!!!
