It's my first ever cleanse. HOLD ME.
Just kidding. It's actually not bad at all. Started the day off with Cleanse for Life, which tastes like JUICE. So I'm super excited. Add ice and it's actually like having some juice with the kids. YAY.
Basically, today is about cleansing the body out, so I can only have a slice of apple here and there if I need it, along with scheduled Isagenix Snacks! Lots of water today, keep me sane! And keep those headaches away.
Of course, it was super cold today and I was expecting my head to start pounding, but it didn't. Not even a little headache. SHOCKING. But very much welcomed.
The day was a success. I didn't have headaches, no jittery feeling, drank up each cleanse, took all my stuff and looking forward to getting back to my shakes tomorrow! Plus, tomorrow is the big day to measure everything again and do another weigh in.
Fingers crossed, hoping I didn't gain anything. HAHAAA.
