Health and Wealth 30 Day Part Two - Day 14: Valentine's Day

On the 14th day of a 30 Day Cleanse, my true schedule should be a Cleanse Day.
So, I've swapped my days and will do the cleanse tomorrow, because I want to eat my IsaDelights and a real V-Day meal with the family.

Valentine's Day is about being indulgent, so that's me, for today. Not stepping on the scale, not doing measurements, not doing a cleanse day. Just sticking to the regular routine - cleanse for life drink in the morning, followed by my shake with Ionix, Isagenix Greens and Want More Energy. Had my second shake for lunch, so I can have dinner and chocolate with the family.

The difference for me? My chocolate is GOOD for me, because it helps burn fat, gives me energy and won't pack on the pounds!
