I have many favorite quotes I enjoy, live my life by. The one below is one of my favorites, because each day I am told I can't do certain things. And every day I choose to ignore it and push forward with my journey. 

When you're feeling a little discouraged, read this out loud and proud and know that the courage is there for the taking. It's your birth right to live your life with health, wealth and happiness.
