Day 3 - Slimmer: The New Mediterranean Way to Lose Weight

My third day is shaping up very well. I'm a big lover of hard boiled eggs, so having it included in my morning breakfast was a treat! Woo to the hoo.



The Boy even decided he wanted to try some of my multi grain toast, so I made him his own slice in the toaster oven and he loved it. SOMETHING HEALTHY entered my son's body. I'm still in shock.

It gets better! He asked to try my Greek Yogurt with cherries. It's my morning snack, so I shared it, and he loved it. The problem? He ate most of it......so I was kind of ravenous when lunch came around! Dang kid.

Oh, my lunch. I'm not sure if it was because I was so hungry, or because it was just so delicious.....but man, I fell in love with this Greek Salad. I don't even love raw green peppers, but they were amazing in this salad. I just love Feta cheese, so if I have that in anything, I'm a happy camper. I can eat that salad every day.....but that's not one on the menu every day. It's that boring tossed salad.



Dinner.....I kind of had to change it up. I was planning on the burgers on the menu for the day, but I needed Flax Seed Meal. I never got to the store to pick that up, so I decided to take Day 2's dinner item, which worked out rather well!
