Day Two - Slimmer: The New Mediterranean Way to Lose Weight

Today started off better. I actually had breakfast in the morning, after dropping my daughter off at school. Score one for the schedule!

It was basically the same breakfast, except on my multi grain toast I had honey, instead of cheese. Not a big difference, but apparently an important one in the cycle system the creator came up with. I rather enjoy having an orange each morning. There's something about citrus that brightens any mood.....especially fresh citrus, instead of the one from a box.



Lunch was the leftover chicken from Day One's dinner menu. However, instead of having it with a large tossed salad, I changed it to two cups of steamed broccoli. I'm tired of salad already.....not a great sign, but we'll deal with it as we go.



I do like the chicken, though.....perhaps it's the wine in it? Something about cooking wine makes all meals simply delicious, even if they look not so appetizing. Or, when Staci cooks the meal! 

Now dinner, that's something I've done differently tonight. I sacrificed my good health for the PTA's Shop & Dine event, and there's no following his system when you've got amazing Italian food to savor. Which is okay, I just go right back to the cycles in the morning. However, I wasn't too crazy tonight. Kept the portions normal, and treated myself with something sinful for dessert.

Every day on this system you get a Happy Moment......and I took mine in the form of dessert. Italian Pastry dessert. BA-BAM!

'nuff said!

Day two done, back to the Cycle A experiment tomorrow morning!
